Andrea Graves

Andrea has always called Indiana home. She attended Purdue University, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in Interior Design in 2005. While at Purdue, she interned at an architectural firm in Indianapolis, Schmidt Associates, where she later worked until 2014. During her time there, Andrea became a registered Interior Designer and a LEED Green Associate. She worked on a wide range of impactful projects for schools, universities, and hospitals across Indiana, including the state’s first LEED-certified K–12 school and other award-winning designs.

In 2014, Andrea transitioned into the RV industry, a move that brought her family closer to home and a more rural lifestyle. She joined DRV Luxury Suites and Cruiser RV as an Interior Designer, eventually stepping into the role of Product Director and Design Director. In that position, she provided input across all aspects of RV design and development. During her time at DRV & CRV, Andrea completed two patented inventions and was recognized as one of RV Pro’s 40 Under 40 award recipients. Andrea worked with Richloom throughout her time at DRV & CRV, and she’s now excited to officially join the team.

On the personal side, Andrea is married with two children, a son and a daughter, and they live on a mini farm with four horses, two mini donkeys, chickens, and five dogs. Life is always busy, but they love it! On weekends, you’ll find them at a horse show, football game, or wrestling match (both kids wrestle!).
